First engineering hire; built the engineering function from zero to a 20-person org (8 direct reports, 12 consultants) across four time zones.

Led the build of the core pharmacy management system from idea to live in production in under two years, now rolling out across the pharmacy network. Scope spans compounding, dispensing, and shipping; payments and point-of-sale; insurance billing and claims adjudication; PDMP reporting; SMS, voice, and fax communications; and IoT integrations.
Run an agentic SDLC on enterprise AI tooling under a HIPAA BAA: every engineer ships with Claude, agents coordinate work across Linear, Notion, and Slack, and agents triage production errors automatically.
Secured multiple AI budget increases from executive leadership to fund agentic development across engineering and implementation.
